Retail per hour: £135 (plus VAT) – Retail per AW: £11.25 (plus VAT)

Diagnostic on:

EVERY DAY – MON- FRI – (Email the centre for Fri / Sat Diags)

(Advise cust of fees and if a Friday / Saturday booking, the car will be kept until Monday )

Diagnostic Charge:

£135 (plus VAT) for first hour, then standard labour rate

MOT Bookings:

ALL MOT ARE 2HRS WAITING APPOINTMENTS (MOT only – no advisor line needed )

If customer wants MOT -leave all day- Select MOT Waiting and input S/E times as customer requirement-(ie; 8-5)

Add notes line to ensure centre are aware its LEAVE ALL DAY

NO MOTS ON SATURDAYS (unless pre agreed with centre)

Waiting Bookings:

Select BMW ADVISOR and either FASTLANE or PITSTOP for waiting appointments (NON MOT)

Advise the customer of how long the appointment will take-

Small Service – 90mins (2hrs with Wash and Vac)

Large Services – 3hours+

MOT, BFS, EOWC and SS – 3hours+

For appointments 3hours or more please book a MORNING or AFTERNOON appointment (add 30 mins with wash)

Saturday Bookings:

Small services only

Enterprise Booking:

Available – Advise customer charges start from £20

Please make note on job card that an Enterprise vehicle has been arranged and the customer is aware of the charges please add day rate to the job card.

i Bookings:

All electrical (high voltage) work needs to be passed to the service department

Leave the load skill as BMW mechanical

Drop Ins:

Customers are now able to bring their car in for a drop off service – the next day- if they have the following issues ONLY-

Email the centre to make them aware –

Walk – in Bookings:

Customer should be aware that if they are a walking appointment there could be a 1:30 wait time before an advisor could see them.

Charges will apply for the following:

Tyre pressure checks and re-sets £20.00 plus vat £24.00

Oil top-ups purchased for our parts department £4.17 plus vat £5.00

Wiper blades purchased for our parts department £12.50 plus vat £15.00

Bulbs purchased for our parts department price dependent on difficulty of fitment.

Bodyshop Facilities:

Full bodyshop on site, please refer all bodywork / alloy refurbs to the bodyshop department direct.

Tyre Booking:

Email parts team to establish a price, availability

Load into diary using TYRE on the Global Data labour line and change the load skill to BMW mechanical.

Tyre Insurance:

If the customer has tyre insurance please ask for the vehicle to be left for at least a morning or an afternoon.

If the customer insists on waiting, explain that we cannot guarantee a timescale as we have to wait for the tyre insurance to authorise the work.

Winter Wheels:

Load TYRE on the Global Data labour line and change the load skill to BMW mechanical. Edit text with  ‘Carry out winter wheel swap’

Contact parts team with a wip, telling them when the wheels need to be brought into stock

Winter wheels can stored at BMW UK or onsite

7 days notice required to bring wheels into stock

£36 inc VAT for seasonal storage and fitting

KDS Wheel & Suspension Alignment:

Please use RTS Code “3200150” and “3200630” to make a KDS Booking.

£265 inc VAT

Please do not book as a Fast Lane / Pit Stop as a KDS will take over 3 hours to complete.

Air Con Recharge & Refresh - £138

Air Conditioning Recharge:

  • Air Conditioning Recommended to be Recharged Every 3 years.
  • Drain All Refrigerant.
  • Recharge Refrigerant and Lubricant.
  • Check System Operating Pressures.

Air Conditioning Refresh:

  • Clean and Disinfect the Evaporator.
  • Clean and Disinfect Entire Air Duct System.
  • Treat Air Vents and Vehicle Interior.

Please advise the customer that this is not applicable as a waiting job.

Kit Includes:

Load the GREET rts code to the crankshaft line instead of an advisor
