Labour Rate:

Retail per hour: £135 (plus VAT) – Retail per AW: £11.25 (plus VAT)

Customers must be made aware of FEE and informed that if FRI/SAT bookings the car may be kept into the following week

Diagnostic Charge:

£162 (inc VAT) for first hour, then quotation from service advisor to follow

MOT Bookings:

ALL MOT ARE WUW APPOINTMENTS MOT only 8.30 10.30 & 2pm – no advisor line needed

If customer wants MOT -leave all day- Select MOT Waiting and input S/E times between 8am and 9.30pm (as per customer req)

Add notes line to ensure centre are aware its LEAVE ALL DAY

Waiting Bookings:

Select BMW ADVISOR and FASTLANE or MINI ADVISOR and PITSTOP for waiting appointments (NON MOT)

Advise the customer of how long the appointment will take-

Small Service – 90mins

Large Services – 3hours+

MOT, BFS, EOWC and SS – 3hours+

For appointments 3hours or more please book a MORNING or AFTERNOON appointment

If there is no MINI advisor available please load a BMW advisor instead

Saturday Booking:

All work (inc Recalls) is available on Saturdays – Customers must be made aware of the time limitations and their car may be kept into the following week

Drop ins:

Customers are permitted to drop in to the centre the next day should they have the following –

BULB WARNINGS

RED Brake Warnings-

FLAT TYRES – Advise them they may have a lengthy wait- See Tyre Bookings Information

Email the centre to make them aware-

Bodyshop Facilities:

Full bodyshop on site, please refer all bodywork / alloy refurbs to the bodyshop department direct.

Tyre Booking:

Email Service / Parts with the tyre dimensions and customer details and advise the customer the centre will be in touch

Do not make a booking- the centre will deal with the customer direct

Customer may drop in if they have a FLAT tyre but they may have a lengthy wait

Copy in Ryan and Funda into all communication with parts department

Tyre Insurance:

If the customer has tyre insurance please ask for the vehicle to be left for at least a morning or an afternoon.

If the customer insists on waiting, explain that we cannot guarantee a timescale as we have to wait for the tyre insurance to authorise the work.

Winter Wheels:

Load TYRE on the Global Data labour line and change the load skill to BMW mechanical. Edit text with  ‘Carry out winter wheel swap’

Contact parts team with a WIP, telling them when the wheels need to be brought into stock

Copy in Ryan and Funda into all communication with parts department

Winter wheels are stored at BMW UK

5 days notice required to bring wheels into stock

KDS Wheel & Suspension Alignment:

Please use RTS Code “3200150” and “3200630” to make a KDS Booking.

£265 inc VAT

Please do not book as a Fast Lane / Pit Stop as a KDS will take over 3 hours to complete.

Air Con Recharge - £189

Air Conditioning Recharge:

  • Air Conditioning Recommended to be Recharged Every 3 years.
  • Drain All Refrigerant.
  • Recharge Refrigerant and Lubricant.
  • Check System Operating Pressures.

Please advise the customer that this is not applicable as a waiting job.

Air Con Refresh - £39

Air Conditioning Refresh:

    • Clean and Disinfect the Evaporator.
    • Clean and Disinfect Entire Air Duct System.
