Labour Rate:

Retail per hour: £135 (plus VAT) – Retail per AW: £11.25 (plus VAT)

Diagnostic Available on:

Mon – Fri (Email service if customer requests Saturday Diagnostic Booking)

Diagnostic Charge:

£135 (plus VAT) for first hour, then standard labour rate

Customers must be made aware of FEE and informed that if FRI/SAT bookings the car may be kept into the following week

Saturday Bookings:

MOT appointments only

Enterprise Bookings:

Available – Customers must be advised of charge from £20 per day

i Bookings:

Service, Tyres, basic Repairs (excluding electrical)

All electrical (high voltage) work needs to be passed to the service department

Leave the load skill as BMW mechanical

Drop ins:

Customers are permitted to drop in to the centre the next day should they have the following –

BULB WARNINGS

RED Brake Warnings-

Email the centre to make them aware

Bodyshop Facilities:

No bodyshop but can carry out Isofix QEP in workshop

Tyre Booking:

Email Service / Parts with the tyre dimensions and customer details and advise the customer the centre will be in touch

Do not make a booking- the centre will deal with the customer direct

Cust may drop in if they have a FLAT tyre but they may have a lengthy wait

Tyre Insurance:

If the customer has tyre insurance please ask for the vehicle to be left for at least a morning or an afternoon.

If the customer insists on waiting, explain that we cannot guarantee a timescale as we have to wait for the tyre insurance to authorise the work.

Winter Wheels:

Load TYRE on the Global Data labour line and change the load skill to BMW mechanical. Edit text with  ‘Carry out winter wheel swap’

Contact service team with a WIP, telling them when the wheels need to be brought into stock

Winter wheels can stored at BMW UK

7 days notice required to bring wheels into stock

KDS Wheel & Suspension Alignment:

Please use RTS Code “3200150” and “3200630” to make a KDS Booking.

£150 inc VAT

Please do not book as a Fast Lane / Pit Stop as a KDS will take over 3 hours to complete.

If a vehicle requires re-programming as part of a QEP or Recall, we will need the vehicle over 2 days
